Booking Terms

The rates are "room only" per night excluding breakfast and including all taxes
A continental breakfast (served in the room) is available on request at an extra charge of R100 per breakfast.
We welcome children aged 8 and over
A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation
The balance of accommodation is payable on your departure day
To secure bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay is payable
Alta Bay reserves the right to amend its rates in the event of exchange rate fluctuation in excess of 10%

Cancellations made:

Over 30 days prior to your arrival date: fully refundable
30 days or less prior to your arrival date: 50% deposit is non-refundable
7 days or less prior to your arrival date: the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
Should you shorten your stay with us the full amount of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged

Refunds and waiver of cancellation are at the discretion of the management and subject to the ability to re-let the room
